His performance would have been MVP level if not for his teammate Louis. Toney had people wondering if he can actually play QB at the next level. Brady Hart led Cocoa to back to back Championships. He would have had the top performance by a QB if not for the way Toney played.

RB

Jamarice Wilder –Venice – (19 Rushes – 178 Yards- 3TD)

Kemarrion Battles – Gadsden County – (22 Rushes – 100 Yards – 2 TD)

Derrick Cooper: Chaminade (10 Rushes 92 Yards – 1 TD – 9.2 AVG)

Comments: Cooper did not get many carries but made the few he did get, count. Wilder was the top back and his 178 yards and 3 touchdowns helped dominate their game vs. Lake Mary. Battles ran as hard as any back in the state finals. You can’t be much more productive. Hinshaw played very well in a loss to Venice. He had 8 receptions, 154 yards and 2 TD’s. Boggs once again put on a show.
