ESS Takes a Look at Plantation!
With ESS we try to be bringing you the best coverage of high school recruiting in the state of Florida. As we continue to grow we have added scouts in the Northeast, Mississippi, Texas and possibly soon the Maryland/DC area. Today we will take a look at one of the teams in South Florida: Plantation High. Coach Steve Davis has some talented prospects on his team this year. Here is a look at some of those players.

- One of top prospects in 2011 Jeremy Cash!
ESS first glimpse of Jeremy Cash was at Ransom Everglades High. He has since moved on to Plantation and become one of the elite prospects for the class of 2011. He has the frame to carry the needed weight to play linebacker in college. Jeremy has solid coverage skills and very good instincts. He is always around the football and that is very important. What we like about Jeremy most is his ability to close on the football quickly. Cash is also a great character prospect. With scholarships is such great demand now players like Cash are that much more coveted. (Watch Video)

Ryan Shazier-2011
Shazier is another prospect that Coach Steve Davis is real high on. After watching him play you can see why. Shazier plays with a non-stop motor. He is a relentless player that will go hard until the whistle blows. He has the ability to give you a pass rush off the edge or play the run. He is very explosive off the ball and will give most offensive tackles fit at the high school level. We feel that Shazier could possibly move to linebacker in college. It does not matter if its on special teams or chasing a running back down from behind, Shazier must be accounted for at all times. If you ignore him for one play, he will disrupt what the offense is trying to do. (Watch Video)

Terrence Mitchell-2011
Mitchell is probably one of the better all-around backs in Plantation roster. While Michael Anderson gives them a between the tackles type back, Mitchell is more likely to go outside with the ball. He is able to get to the edge with his speed and quickness. Mitchell is not the type of back that is going to be able to take it the distance anywhere on the field. He can give you some big plays but Mitchell does not have great top end speed. He can catch the football and that’s one reason we feel Mitchell may move to receiver in college. He is a tough runner who does not always go down easily. (Watch Video)

Charles Smith-DT-2010

- Devin Drane-2010-CB
Drane played cornerback last season but has since moved over to wide receiver this fall. Drane is a very good athlete that can play on either side of the football. He is very aggressive and Drane goes up attacks the football. He has good hands and runs solid routes. We feel that Drane will play either cornerback or safety at the next level. (Watch Video)

I believe that nate dunklin HB #24 should be added to this list in the upcoming season. Hes a nice balanced back loaded with both speed and power. Hes got nice size at 5′9 165 and runs a 4.6 forty. Look up this kid, hes a great player.
omg i cant believe you forget two of the best how can you forget for one the quarterback immoni carswell which is a great part of any team and not to mention the one calling the plays on the other side of the ball Jerome Howard .this kid jerome has good size standing about 6″0 195 and he is one of those linebackers that doesnt loose too many battles in the hole you often see backs hit the hole and return right back to the line of scrimmage not to mention i was at their game agaisnt cypress bay and he told his team”kepp your heads up .were they better team they cant beat us”and he backed it up catching an late drive interception to close away the game agaisnt cypress bay lightning.Jerome and Immoni are juniors(2011)along with many more athletes on plantations roster(jerome Howard,Lebert Barret,Nick Barret,Ryan Shazier,Jeremy Cash,Travis Holland,Immoni carswell,Cleve Williams, terrence mitchell aka tt,rhijantae randall aka beast mode, errin andrews,clifford-jean baptise,Nathaniel dunklin, and many more those are just the ones who i can remeber throughout the year
This is Cleve and I am a strong and well talented fullback/running back I run the ball so hard that if u in my way it’s like u is going to get hit by a train. You could ask my coaches I am a hard working student athlete. Ask some of the players like Jerome Terrance ryan Nate Jeremy cash Delvin. Every player at plantation highschool should get offers from right to left.
I Rhijantae Randall is a powerful,low-running,skilled back.I played runningback for eight years and the upcoming year(2011) will be my senior year. I am #22.U might see me at runningback one play, fullback the next play, and wing the next.I say dat because of the offense Plantation High run.I am also a awsome blocker wit plenty pancakes from last year leading to touchdown…COME CHECK ME OUT
