Yamanoha Picks Up First Pac 12 Offer

Chris Taylor - Yamanoha

At 6’2 175 pounds Chris Taylor Yamanoha has the prototypical size to play on the next level plus he’s not done growing. The three star (Expect a 4 Star update) WR/CB from Rohnert Park, California has excelled on the 7 on 7 circuit playing for the KT Elite squad out of Concord Cali.

Just a junior Yamanoha plays with great determination. He runs clean routes displaying good speed and is very hard to bring down. Yamanoha has a long rangy frame which college coaches love. Excellent at high pointing the ball making it very difficult for defensive backs to compete. Yamanoha has a pretty calm demeanor off the field, but when it’s time to buckle up the chin strap he goes into beast mode which is evident by watching his film. The Rancho Cotate product has 5 offers so far. Washington State, Boise State, Utah State, San Diego State and Louisville.  Arizona, Arizona State, Utah, California and USC are a few of the schools that have Yamanoha on their radar as well. Yamanoho is already one of the best receivers in California, by graduation he could emerge as one of the best receivers in the country.
